  Easy. We only went in to do a little homework and get some ideas about switching my account from Verizon to Sprint to join my wife and daughter on their plan. Trevor who helped us was great. He took the time to answer all of our questions and inform us of how the process would work. His knowledge gave us the confidence to make the switch that day and he handled the process for us and it went seamlessly. Now we are all on the same plan. Trevor and the staff at your Kent Rd. Stow location are getting it right.
