  Wow. I've lived in Munroe Falls for 17 years. I've always gone to cvs. My prescription plan has been through them for years. The pharmacy has gotten so rude! I've seen them go through ups and downs but after tonight I think I will be changing to a different cvs even though they are 2 minutes away. My husband and I went through the drive-thru to pick up pills. A girl whose name starts with "C" "helped" us. She never smiled. She was short with us when asking for our info. She closed the window and walks away. She comes back, we pay and she sarcastically says "Have a GREAT day." Instead of being nasty to her, my husband decided to just pull away. She slammed the window shut so hard I thought it would break. What a nasty person! And there's plenty more where that came from. Considering my husband and I spend a total of over $2000 each per year there, we know what we're talking about. The older we get, the more meds we need. Therefore, I've reached my limit and will start having our scripts sent to another cvs tomorrow!!! This store better get their act together or they'll lose more and more customers.
